As for in tourist and cruise sector, the job has required with several capabilities and indulge with provide good service experience into cruise restaurant and hotel, for that instance, employees spend their most of days or months into the ships and travel onboard cities, to not let down their motivation there is need to make cruise experience better and incredible. Employee relations: there are a lot of demand faced by cruise industry by the recent times, in the data of 2017 to further studies, it has been evaluated that cruise ships demands have

Ships are a group of professional expertise that holds every other possible options for any miss happening(Jermsittiparsert, and Chankoson, 2019).Medical teams are prepared with every possible treatment a person will be requited with flow of water of any natural calamities. There are a lot of factors that affects shipments and cruise, due to any natural disaster or miss conduct. The whole team makes possible efforts in saving lives through other sources but it does contains risk also. Ther ensure safety through various points: Crewmember training: not only medical experts are involve in training, but crewmember are also indulge in getting training for first aid and health and safety in order to handle uncertainties. Customer experience and satisfaction: This is the highly aimed factor at cruise industry that makes them more reliant as compare to hotels and restaurants. There are a lot of hotel industries that gives affordable stays and facilities to make their customers comfortable. But cruise industry believes in providing highly quality services in oversees and islandswith the best views and peace. Customers gets immense satisfaction that has resulted in cruise demand more. It has become a trend to get a cruise life once and has a dreams for every individual. Cruise industry makes their management in such a way that every person could take advantage of it.
