ABSTRACT
A good qualification and experience helps the employees to seek better
opportunities for their future. In the same way, having better experience will support an
individual to garb best option for their career. Thus, the current study main aim is to
provide clear understanding related to qualification and experience to their employers
that further assist them to seek from the corporate Accountants. So, researcher
collected 30 job advertisement related to accountant post in total which further describe
the personal attributes that is required from the a corporate accountant and some
academic and professional qualifications as well.
