1 QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS ON AI IMPLIMANTATION Qualitative data analysis for implementing AI Artificial intelligence is the tremendous invention of computer science where the intelligence is demonstrated by using machine, contrasting the concept of human natural intelligence; in general, AI simply simulates the human intelligence (Ghahramani, 2015). According to the researches, one of the best practice in order to implement a trustworthy Artificial Intelligence system is getting familiar with the AI. In my point of view, the organization that intended to implement an AI system, can conduct a survey or individual interviews to gather qualitative data about the benefits of that particular AI system (Percy, Kostere & Kostere, 2015). Furthermore, the organization need to identify particular issues, which can be solved by the implementation of AI, after that they can use another important method of conducting effective qualitative analysis that is human observation (Taylor, Bogdan & DeVault, 2015). Expanding this discussion, I am giving another method of analyzing the qualitative data, which is focus group, which is nothing but a group discussion on a given topic (Bloomberg & Volpe, 2018). The organizational heads can collect qualitative data from a focus group about the implementation of one effective ethical AI to simplify organizational activities. In my opinion, though Artificial intelligence is in infancy; yet, its effortless advantages will definitely become beneficial for the organization.
