The course is hoped to provide a clear and distinct knowledge about science related to
nursing and the relationship and towards various roles of a nurse as well as about nursing
informatics (McGonigle & Mastrian, 2015) The course explains that the nursing science is
ethical application of the acquired knowledge by the process of research, practice and education
and interventions for the patients in maintaining, enhance and restore the health and develop and
generate practice in advance to nursing profession (Grady & Gough, 2015).. The course along
with computers and information science would constant change the way a healthcare
organisation performs and conduct business.

The course guides us with improved and advanced tools and techniques related to patient
care. The classes helped us in developing skills that are related to several application of
technology as well as data analysis (Havenga, Poggenpoel & Myburgh, 2014). The advance tools
facilitate in the acquisition and manipulation of information and data by nurses to synthesise the
resources into evolving knowledge and based wisdom. Hence it is anticipated that the course
would help in the nursing practice (McGonigle & Mastrian, 2015). The developed tools add to
better diagnosis and analysis of the patients and helps nurses in easy diagnosis. Therefore,
modern use of tools makes this course better and useful for nursing practice.

Tom is a knowledge worker as well as knowledge acquirer and user. However,
preventing might sell Tom short in practice towards nursing even though he developed and
acquired used knowledge to help him in achieving the work, then also he processed the
information that was collected by him for developing nursing diagnosis as well as plan care. The

store of knowledge used by Tom developed and gleaned the knowledge to have a valuable
information that are multiplicative in nature (McGonigle & Mastrian, 2015). He compares the
cultural information obtained to the extent that he knows and gained insight towards cultural
effect over the response of the patient response towards illness. Tom acted as a knowledge
generator. He shared his acquired knowledge with another nurse and the feedback he used as per
different technologies used by him. Tom consulted an electronic database for assisting him in the
development of the comprehensive care plan (Henly et al., 2015) In this way the framework was
followed.

I acquired knowledge through continuous practice. The nursing educator to be effective
there is need to be in a custom of continuously build and then rebuild the knowledge foundation
model (Decker & Hamilton, 2018). I also tried to evaluate the effectiveness of the occurring
changes and tried to implement with the new strategies as well as practices performed
(McGonigle & Mastrian, 2015).

The nursing knowledge can be processed in various. I basically referred to technological
based practices to process the knowledge. The application I choose helped me in attaining better
accessibility, gaining accurate information and appropriate development of the information
obtained through various sources as well as methods. The process of presentation provided me
with necessary elements required for knowledge development (McGonigle & Mastrian, 2015).
This is necessary for acquiring knowledge. The knowledge acquired are then helped in better
processing of the obtained data. The best way to process nursing knowledge is by developing a
dialectic between nursing practice ad research (Decker & Hamilton, 2018). I followed this policy
