1. Evolution of awareness of quality in healthcare among the publicPeople are now more aware of their health and safety. They are taking major steps forimproving their health. They are doing health insurance and taking different policies for theirhealth improvement. They take various ways like Yoga and exercise to increase their healthconditions. People are using healthy diets and nutritional food in their food items. According tonational heath report, public is showing more interest in health camps. They are regularly takinghealth check-ups and actively participating in blood camps, eye check-ups orthopaedic and heartelated activities to know the issues related to their health (Bretthauer and et.al., 2016). They arealso contributing and supporting doctors by taking their treatments and strictly following theiradvice.The people which are not health possessive are not taking considerable steps even afterknowing the harmful effects of their wrong habits of smoking, drinking and over eating of Junkfood. In healthcare, people are also acknowledged about positive behaviour for improving thehealth of their relatives as well as other patients (Patient awareness of health care report cardsgradually increases, 2015). They are supporting physicians and following their advice strictly sothat they can get their patients well. The quality of tools and equipment used in healthcare aremaintained properly to provide the best treatment to patients (Hanauer and et.al., 2014). All thestaff members are giving their best and taking training from their seniors to deliver their bestservices.2. Principles that are essential for promoting quality of careTo promote quality of care in healthcare, it is essential to look after patient’s problemsand kind of treatment which helps them in curing from their diseases. Different principles forpromoting the best care to patients are defined as follows:Focus on delivery system and process:The resources and processes of healthcare organisation must be delivered and explainedproperly to the patients and their relatives so that they can contribute positively with doctors.Quality improvement programs are well developed and organised by the healthcare to assess,monitor and enhance their operations. Further, hospitals have to take care about all the issuesrelated to patients and their relatives so that they can increase their productivity (James, Nelsonand Ashwill 2014). This will help them in promoting their services and institution for deliveringhigh quality services and improving the health of patients effectively.1
