SECTION ONE
INTRODUCTION
The quality manual is one of the important documents required for quality management systems
as disclosed by the ISO9001.It gives clarification of the quality management system of a given
organization. The document can be internally used by employees within the organization and at
the same time used externally by the customers and auditor. Experienced auditors will as for the
document prior to their audit work to have a clue or to get full information on QMS of the
organization. Looking at the Quality Manual, a specific expenditure by the organization can
easily be obtained. Being that there exists no formal system that can be used to carry out
activities of the improvement does not mean the termination of the process because of the
intensive research that is put in place(Yan, Chow and Jayaraman 2015).
Access to information by the client is one of the important issues to be checked by the system
before the implementation of the project. Implementation of a project is of more importance as it
has been discovered that a properly planned project takes a short time to implement as compared
to one which is poorly implemented. For any project to come through, resources must be put into
consideration(Via 2015). Construction is a feeble process as far as the handover contracts are
concerned just as recognized by the quality management.in compliance with quality standards, it
is encouraged that a company employs the procurement route of the design-build which means
that it will carry out activities of the budgets, drawings, specification, and planning(Yan, Kasal

The standard procedure
The standard project necessary for the project will include detailed documentation of the
building standards of Australia known as the building acts of the year 1975 or as BCA. A
selected procedure utilizes BCA in a given order of the building standards of the product and
also test methods as in;
 Checking used materials in relation to safety and building codes stipulated in the quality
document.
 Checking final completion of milestones capable of meeting safety standards and quality
before proceeding to the next step of building.
 Checking on delivered materials according to the specification requirements.

main types of shareholders, ABC contractors limited and Tier 2 Company. The trend in building
was won by the ABC contractors and this has made them proceed in constructing commercial
buildings equivalent to "Opal Tower" they, therefore, have to check on ways to ensure an
increase in margin and cost reduction, which will include the use of lower quality material
equipment and labor however this may lead to an increased rate of accident.
Pleasing buildings would be preferred by the council with the building codes of the environment
met ensuring a functional, safe and reduced cost in the maintenance.
Steps followed to determine quality requirements

ensuring noted documentation of part specification, workplace procedures, and daily quality
checks procedures into the plan of the project.
Project Control of documents
 The preparation of the of the documents will involve the use of the following principles:
 All the documents s supplied will be written in a standard format.
 There will be strict adherence to the quality level by all the concerned personnel during
the preparation of the document.
 Before using for the purposes of the dissemination, there will be verification of the
document to check for its compliance with the PNO standards.
 It will be up to the team of the management to ensure that the format of the document s
follows the proposals by the management.
 The documents for the production must prove to be the property of the ABC company by
having the required logo.
Quality plan component
The quality plan management will be responsible for the description of the following aspects of
the operations:
 The value of the goals as set by the institution.
 The standards of the operations that must be followed as part of quality compliance.

 The tools that will be required or that will be used in the achievement of the required
quality.
 The assurance procedure as well as the quality control compulsory steps
