INTRODUCTION Sustainable development goal(SDG) is denotes as an agenda. These agendas form for the public safety and health issues related to public (De Cock and et.al.,2019). In the place of Malta, there are some diseases which spreads widely. Some of the diseases are HIV, and several chronic infections. This report also discusses about the SDG 3rdin this type of SDG, the community will take care about the health issue related with public and also outlines the Sexual Health Strategies. Identify and describe the SDG related to the above scenario. It significand’s that the SDG 3rdis for the public health and social well-being. According to the scenario, HIV infection is communicable diseases. SDG promises to the public that at the end of the 2030, the problem of AIDS can be decreases or ended throughout the place of Malta. Retrieve the Maltese Sexual Health Strategy and describe the current plan. The Maltese sexual health strategy is one of the strategy that can works on the healthy sexual life and behaviour along with increasing the awareness regarding sexual health and decreases the risky behaviour. Maltese island is situates in the Central Mediterranean which can strictly follows the Sustainable development goal for developing the sexual health strategy. It also works on declining the rate of inadvertent pregnancies (Noland, 2021). Identify and describe current HIV testing protocols in Malta. There are many diseases spreading in the Malta island, but the most spreadable disease is HIV. Due to this, the HIV testing gives top most priority and increases the rate of testing per day for detection of the HIV patient. This testing is performs by the testing of blood sample and also detected through urine. But the survey says that, blood sample have more accurate instead of urine sample. The major protocol of testing is followed by the Malta that is to avoids the contamination in the testing report and provides the accuracy in the testing (Saxby, Chan and Babington, 2022). The medical equipment’s are not available in the home setting and also some nursing tools that can helps to the patients are not helps in the domiciliary nursing. It can be seen that the medical sector has to follow the legal base which contains of some guidelines in relation to treat the patients. In context of Dementia Patient while taking care of them at home there are various sort of guidelines ofmedical councilswhich are to be followed by the family, doctors and nurses. These guidelines will be used at the time of treating the patients at the home. Moreover,there are various other necessity things that comes in the category of the legal requirement for instance patient care, nursing team, expertise to manage the patients, medical staff must have knowledge regarding patient treatment and particularly for the dementia patients. With the aim of providing treatmentto the dementia patients under which the supply of care regarding the patients centric is must because in that process the nursing staff must be aware about the ways of taking care of the patients and also effects in engaging into
the actions that can further improve the overall condition of the patients. That is why it is must to provide the dose on time and also to make sure about taking care of their physical activity and many others. ï‚·Also, the nurses and supports can talk about the current events, start some activities, keeping lights on the night and using reminders or notes for the purpose of directing daily activities. Moreover, the patients must be checked on a regular basis that is their eyes and ears because if problem is found in relation to the hearing aids, glasses then cataract surgery may be needed. ï‚·It can also be seen that people with Dementia often forget to eat and drink which can tend to increase the level of dehydration in their body. The caretaker must ensure about the heating habits and the pattern. ï‚·The ultimate plan is to handle the affecting risk management and it comprises of five steps which are related to support in order to implement the plan in a proper manner in the risk management. For instance, to identify the potential risk; Evaluate and assessment of the potential risk; Assign ownership in every potential risk; To creates preemptive responses and continuously monitor risk Albury, K., 2018). Conclusion From the above information, it can be projected that sustainable development goal helps to resolves the issues related to public health. The report presented about the sexually transmitted diseases that can be transmitted broadly in the Malta. In addition to this, the report also enlightened in relation to the PrEP.
