Within the process of learning, there are different expectations hold by the different students
and along with it, they also require acquisition of knowledge and concerned learning styles. Lesson
plan impacts the process of teaching as well as learning and it is very significant for an individual to
get understanding of its students and the skills possess by them. A personnel is also required to know
the levels of information acquired by its students and their ability to remain attentive and work in
team. The previous knowledge hold by students and the experiences of learning along with their
specific requirements as well as learning preferences are also important to know by a teacher.
Quality control process
This is known as a process which is used by any organisation for ensuring that product quality is
improvised or maintained. It is required by the company to create a positive environment where
both employees and management are working for perfection. The quality control is conducted
through training and development sessions. This helps in creating benchmarks for product and
service quality. It is also helpful in testing products for checking whether they are statistically
significant variations. A good quality control can be initiated by the establishment of control and
monitoring system. Such type of control is helpful in standardising both reaction and production
for quality issues. There are different essential food quality control procedures which sandwich
company must know. They are mentioned below –
Ingredient specifications – Sandwiches are final product and raw material as well as ingredient
are put into the final product. The ingredient specification is documented for maintaining
consistency.
Approved supplier list – In order to manage every ingredient, there is need for having
approved supplier list which is present in order to manage the quality control. The
supplier list includes ingredient name, supplier name, phone number, key contact info,
etc.
Product recipe – There is written documentation of formula or recipe which is available
for assuring consistency between several batches.
Product standard – There is need of having product up to standards and it should be of
high quality.
