BACKGROUND
 Project management refers to planning, organizing and
implantation of operational activities to achieve the desired
results. For each project the process of managing the operations is
different according to conditions and degree of the risk involved .
 The current project is based on the quality control problems that is
faced by many of the organizations during the complication of the
project.
 For the management of quality in the project she team has to
follow some standards and requirements that provided by the
management or client.
 The decision making plays critical role in the planning of the
quality control measurement to avoid such kind of risks. The time
and cost of the project also consider in the successful
management of project.
