Introduction
This presentation is going to describe a project based on Event Branding,
with insight of quality standard and its role in managing the project. A
project management plan is developed accordingly which includes the
way to manage stakeholders conflict.

Overview of company
Vertias Events is one of the famous event planner of Australia, that provides event
based solutions to its clients in managing and organising their business events. This
firm has established the business in1992 in Sydney. Passion and creativity in planning
the events of clients in branding their business, promoting the products and more, taken
as core function by this firm, in exceeding their satisfaction.

Project Description
The management of Vertias Events Company is going to organise an event for
one of the newly established firm of Sydney who wants to branding its business at
marketplace. This project therefore, will be based on the theme of “Event
Branding” that showcase the entire features and innovative service of respective
firm, to showcase its brand image. In this regard, the main goals of this project are
–
• Increase awareness
• Drive sales
• Build engagement

via designing the logo, colours, theme and creativeness in event website

For obtaining the higher outcomes of a project, it is essential to focus on quality
standard first. These standards are defined as documents which provide specification,
requirements of resources and characteristics, which can utilise for ensuring that all
procedure must fit with project needs. So, using the concept of quality standard,
management of Vertias Events Company can achieve the following objectives –

The quality management plan is a process through which the overall standards

•Schedule- This is the practice with help of which the targets are achieved on
time through establishing the connections between dates, human resource and
tasks. To do so while planning for the event it was decided that what duration

completion which means that it should be completed within the limited budget allotted
to it. The total cost will incur on staffing, marketing and promotions, food items
programming which includes the speakers and other like arrangements and other AV

for which event is being organized. Here after the work is done a direct feedback will
be collected from the clients that weather they are happy and satisfied with the work
