INTRODUCTION
Quality management can be simply defined as an
act of looking over the complete activities or tasks so
that maintenance of quality is done to achieve the
desired level of excellence

4.1 Role of self assessment in order to determine an
organisation’s ‘state of health’
Self-assessment plays an important role in
receiving the success of Tesco and it also determines
the state of health in order to find operations of
business. The organisation ought to employ various
tasks to achieve the objectives.
