continuous improvement processes. The CIP
is defined as a meta process model which
defines the management system in details.
The CIP is comprises of business process
management, quality management program,
project management and program
management altogether.
There are certain successful implementation
of the continuous improvement process
which include the following:

 Efficacy
 Evolution
The continuous improvement process deals
with organizational goal and outline design
of the delivery process. The continuous
improvement measures should consider all
necessary quality initiatives and
relationship between the consumers and
the service providers.
The self reflections of the processes are the
core principle for the CPI. The purpose of
using CPI is to evaluate identify, reduce and
eliminate all the suboptimal process.
