INTRODUCTION
Consulting a business means to closely work with business owners and managers to
improve the operations and efficiency. It is also considered to be very effective in including
helping to identify or address and overcome obstacles for meeting the company goals. For this
project the company that is facing the problem is Quality management in Jaguar. This project
will research using the break down of the problem which is to target the customers market and
influence the factors from the external environment.
MAIN BODY
Analysation of the problem
Jaguar Cars is British multinational car manufacturing company which is headquartered
in Whitley, Coventry England. It has been considered for a long time to be a vehicle with the
brand of Jaguar Land Rover. This organization is very famous around the world and has been
considered to be on the market top for a long time but in the recent times this organization has
always been in loss. There are different ways in which the organization and its decline is
considered worldwide in the industry sales (Khoshkangini and et.al., 2020). This company has
been facing challenges as a part of the reliability and the dependability on the suppliers which
have been doing a bad job. It has to be considered to be the factor that affects the organization to
be able to generate the income which is required for the company.
The drop in the quality of the car's production can be said to be the factor that is
considered to be the reason due to which the sales of this company has dropped significantly.
There are areas in which the organization would need to improve its operations in order to be
able to remove the dent that has been made in the brand image of the company. Drop in the
quality and also the lack of organizational efficiency is also considered to be the factor that
allows the organization to be able to develop the organizational operations. This is also
considered to be the factor that is considered to be very important for the sales and distribution of
the local built products. This is also said to be the factors that is considered to be the roll out of
the electrified products and imported models.
In this organization the state of art of production lines of its cars has gone through
different process and quality checks. It is also the rare occasion of a car which is not perfect at
the end of the process that help in the continuation of perfect at the end of the process. This is the
factor which has been considered to be very effective in the building of each car that would be

Chandrasekaran, (2021). explained the organization that an organization with the help of better
sales of the company the business is able to gain the better profit which is directly related to the

time. Since then this organization has been struggling to be able to meet the quality of the market
cars. This has been due to the poor management which was not able to keep up with the quality
of the cars from its competitors (Corrales, Corrales and Ledezma, 2018). It can be said that due
to the poor management in the organizational operations it is considered that with the help of
better quality and performance the organization can gain better growth of the learning practices.
The customers of this organization are generally looking for the quality in their products. Quality
in the luxury cars is said to be the main to towards the success of the organization.
Sales :
The sales of this organization is also said to be the factor that is helpful for the company
to be able to create profit that is essential for the organizational wealth. For the company the
management of the operations is very essential as it allows the business to be able to develop a
key significance of the operations and its standards that helps the company to be able to manage
the operations. There are other factors that are considered to be the key towards the development
of the business in the market. Sales is said to be the most significant feature of the company that
allows the business to be able to generate the growth which is required.
