The quality management will assure the possible outcome of the products and improvisation is done on the basis of feedback analysis of the quality management. It helps to maintain transparency and sustainability of the product. There are certain standards those are used for the quality management. Some of these standards belong to ISO 9000 family, ISO 19011 audit family standards. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the different aspects of the quality management from the different journals. Analysis The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the different aspects of the quality management from different journals and articles. The article has reviewed all the quality management system such as TPM, TOC, Lean, ISO 9001 QMS and six sigma. The discussion also covers the past studies regarding this topic. The impact of applying quality management is also the determinant for the performance of the firms. This also determines the QM principals and guidelines for quality management. The use and selection of different methodologies are based on the need and the type of the project. As for example, TQM system is more inclined towards the customer orientation and it has achieved through the statistical quality control. The maintenance of the system can be reviewed by the TPM. In order to evaluate the constraints in the system TOC methodology is used. Foe the improvement of the quality of the products and services six sigma can be applied.
3 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM While developing the methodologies some of the constraints may be faced during the process. These constraints can be related to the performance of the firms along with the critical outcomes. The selection of the methodology is needed to be done accurately as the success of the quality management is dependent on the quality management methodology. The selection of the methodology is dependent the perception of the leader or the manager of the organization. However, some of the cases, evaluation of the performance and quality is based on the perception of respondents. Ithasbeenseenthattheeffectivequalitymanagementisdependentonthe acknowledgement of good work through awards and recognition. In order to implement the methodology the research is needed to be done on the basis of the surveys and the requirements of the surveys and the organization. Gaps and limitations The implementation of the quality management system has been practicing from the beginning of project management studies. The evaluation of the quality management has enhanced the process eventually. After some time the quality measurement was done in order to investigate the relationship between performance of firm and quality management system. This was done using the manufacturing and perceptual data and the measuring the performance of the organization. Different papers have discussed different aspects of quality management system. In

4 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM most of the cases, it has been seen that quality management is not discussed with the respect of performance of the organization. This is the identified gap in the literature review. Identified weakness The literature review has been done on the different methodologies of the quality management system. The main weakness of this paper is that the paper has discussed extensively about the usage of the quality management system and different methodologies have been discussed. Apart from that the usage of the different methodologies for the different situation has been discussed. However, the discussion regarding the effect of the good quality management on the performance of the system is not clear from the paper. The paper is more focused on the evaluation of the quality management from various aspects and the development of the research has been discussed in a broader way. However, there is a part that implies the use of the performance measure under the performance measurement category, but the discussion is not enough to cover the entire topic. However, the impact of ISO 9001 QMS on the performance of firm has been discussed. The discussion has covered most of the part regarding the impact of the quality management system on the performance of the organization. However, the extensive discussion has not been done regarding the impact of other quality assurance standards on the organizational performance. Implications From the discussion some of the implications can be said that quality management is important part for the project as well as ensuring the performance of the organization. In case, if the quality of the products and services can be improvised, the goodwill and the performance of the organization can be enhanced. The finding is on the basis of the 90 percent of the studies.
5 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM However, it has been seen for 80 percent of cases, the result is not consistence. It has been seen that there are certain constraints while using the ISO 9001 QM for improving the performance of the organization. The certification of the quality management system is needed to implement this standard. It has been seen that many organizations are implementing the system and getting the valid certification from the third party organization. However, no further practices are carried out by the organization for the improvement of the quality. Apart from that this quality standard can merely adopted by any organizations and has limited benefits. In order for the improvisation in the further research, the extensive discussion can be done to find the different implications of different quality management methodologies on the performance of the organization. Conclusion The paper has tried to investigate regarding the relationship between QM system and the overall performance of the organization. From the discussion some of the positive and negative points have been identified. The positive funding from the discussion is that in order to understand the impact of the QM system in the performance of the organization more research is needed to be done. On the other hand there should be a flow of free thinking during the development and the selection deeper knowledge regarding quality management. However, the discussion is limited to the implication of ISO 9001 on the performance of the organization.
