For gaining insightknowledge of the company, present report covers interrelationship between structure and cultureof the business in different business. Furthermore, methodology used to map process to achievegoals and objectives of the company. Moreover, it includes design a plan to promote the goalsand objectives for enhance profits and revenue of the company. In addition to this, it involvesimplication of proposed changes within the organisation. At last, it focuses on plan which carrysystematic review of organisational health and safety policies for effective practices andoutcomes within the company. TASK 1LO 11.1 Interrelationship between different process and functions of the company Culture of the every business is influence to people, process and many other businesspractices. It determines way through organisation can make specific rituals, languages and storieswhich assist to grow outcomes and performances in effective way. It is rooted in the behaviourwhich is based on values, practices, process and many other things which need to be managingtargets and results. In ABC Company, structure is defines as the relationship among variouspositions among different members to achieve goals and targets in systematic way. Structureconsiders purpose which includes division of work among different members according to theirqualities and roles. Organisation maintains their communication channel in structure forachieving goals and targets at workplace. In this aspect, organisational structure is associatedwith allocation of power and authority (Zikmund, Babin and Griffin, 2013).
