Internal Review
 An internal review is
an inner investigation that the company
conducts into a complaint. The agency will
assess whether or not it has complied with
its privacy obligations, and then tell the
applicant of its findings and what it will do
as a result. With the help of internal review
as well as complaint system company can
easily improve their performance. They
can monitor the performance of team
members and gives them appropriate
feedbacks to enhance their performance.

External Review
The Administrative Decisions Tribunal
reviews decisions by standing in the
place of the public official that made the
original decision and making a fresh
decision. It will decide what is the correct
and preferable decision having regard to
the material before it. Within the
external review project team members
and clients can maintain proper
communication and easily resolve any
type of upcoming queries.

Control Chart
Regarded as a statistical process
control in which graph is used to study
that how a process changes over time
Two types of control charts i.e.
univariate control chart and
multivariate control chart
It can also be define as a performance
monitoring tool of project management.
It helps in measuring appropriate time
and cost management as well.

validation testing is that verification is human
