AI Summary
This essay provides an overview of quantitative and qualitative models and their applications, particularly in business research. It highlights that qualitative data gathering focuses on describing aspects based on interviews, focus groups, and open-ended questions, often involving a limited number of participants. Qualitative techniques are beneficial for understanding individual experiences and identifying unexplored concepts. Quantitative information, on the other hand, summarizes characteristics across groups, with surveys being a primary technique. Quantitative methods typically involve larger samples and provide generalizations for broader populations, lending to statistical analysis for determining relations between variables. The essay references prior studies to support these points and emphasizes the importance of both approaches in providing a comprehensive understanding of various phenomena in business contexts. Desklib provides this and many other solved assignments for students.

1QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE MODELS
As per the various types of the discourses of the pervious study it can be ascertained that
there had been several instances EI can be used by the managers to effectively lead and manage
staffs in a workplace. Based on several types of the depictions it can be stated that qualitative
gathering information focuses on describing the various types of the aspects which are seen to be
based on the interviews, focus groups and open-ended questions. In several cases only a limited
number of the participants are seen to be based on the consideration for the qualitative study (Xu,
Zeng, Fang, Yue, & Han, 2015). It needs to be further assess that the investment in such a
research is comprised of a few participants. Some of the important benefits of the application of
the qualitative model has been based on the consideration of the open-ended questions and
interviews, which allows the researchers and the practitioners to provide a conceptual
understanding and evidence to understand the several phenomena which are considered with the
understanding of the evidences based on the phenomenon focused on groups and individuals (Xu
et al., 2015).
The important assertions of the qualitative techniques are further depicted to be
conducive for the Practitioners for understanding how the individuals are performing based on
their experiences and various types of the predetermined questions. Some of the other
considerations of the qualitative techniques have allowed for identification of the unexplored
concepts and get a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of the use of anecdotal information
(Malterud, Siersma, & Guassora, 2016).

2QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE MODELS
Based on the previous study it can be identified that the quantitative information is seen
depicted with the summarization of the characteristics across the groups or relationships. The
survey approach can be considered as the main form of the quantitative technique. The same
survey can be implemented with the group of mentors who are receiving training for control
group. The use of the quantitative techniques has been considered with larger samples. It has
been inferred that in general there has been strong support from the successful training which is
depicted to be evident with quantitative approach. Some of the most identified benefits of the
study is identified with the gathering information from a relatively large amount of the
participant. The benefits can be further considered with gathering the information from a
considerably large number of percipients (Hplc, 2014). The quantitative techniques are beneficial
for the providing generalization for broader population. The lending to the statistical technique is
considered with the determination of the relations between variables. The quantitative analysis is
depicted to be conducive for the several types of the numerical and rating performance. The
main importance of the technique is further taken into account with the generalizing to a larger
sample of population (Creswell, 2014).
