This article is a draft of a quantitative research critique and ethical considerations in nursing. It analyzes a study on immediate newborn care for term newborns in relation to early skin-to-skin contact and delayed cord clamping among health personnel of Labour Room. The article provides a background of the study, methods used, results obtained, and ethical considerations. The study highlights the need for proper standardization protocols to educate healthcare professionals and bring change in the newborn practice protocol.
