especially for organizations which is based on communication. This helps in maintaining
a proper communication structure, leading to a fact that there is no misconception and
misunderstanding among the internal and external stakeholder of the company.
 Product standard: maintaining product quality is one of the most important things that
are to be taken in consideration by the communication industries as their entire quality is
dependent in the connectivity they provide to their clients (Walker, 2017).
 Reviewing and training records: Reviewing and training records is one of the most
important factors for a communication based sector as the employees whom Quasar
communication are training will be their future employees and taking this into
consideration in case of improper training employees will lose its efficiency.
Tools for analyzing the impact of EEF
Conducting surveys is one of the most important aspect of completing Quantitative
surveys. Hence this process is used to analyze the impact of EEF. Taking personal interview is of
employees who have been already working for the organization for proper implication of EEF.
Several surveys were conducted on all the hierarchy of the employee base. This leads to the fact
that processing of data that is done has high accuracy level, leading to the fact that the evaluation
performed are done with proper efficiency (Clemence, Doise & Lorenzi-Cioldi, 2014). Several
sets of questionnaire were set for conducting separate surveys in accord to get proper details
