This article discusses the project management, financial contract, procurement method, risk management plan and quality management plan for the construction of Queen’s Wharf. The project aims to connect various Botanic gardens, Queen’s Street Malls, South Bank as well as Brisbane river. The best procurement method is found to be Best Value and the best financial contract is Guaranteed Maximum Price. The risk management plan includes managing schedule slippage, improper management, lack of experienced workers and lack of project budget. The quality management plan includes using proper quality materials, hiring experienced workers and achieving proper management.
