INTRODUCTION
Questionnaire design is considered as the multi stage procedures which needs attention for
various details at once. Moreover, question is much convenient manner of accumulating the
information from huge number of individuals into specified time duration. Additionally, the
designing of questionnaires is of utmost effectiveness to assure the relevant information is
gathered so that the outcomes are generalisable as well as interpretable. In addition to this, it is
effective as this is an appropriate means of evaluating the attitudes, choices, perceptions,
intention, opinions and behaviours of relatively huge number of subjects in much cheaper and
quickly in comparison to other methods. The aim of this report is to describe the appropriate data
collection method. So, for instance some points are discussed that is suitability of questionnaires
as data collection method along with justification. Apart from this, questions are also designed in
this report.

As per the given case, a small manufacturing firm that have their only branches into
Newcastle which is planning for opening other branch in South (mainly London). Meanwhile
from the report published by Office for National statistics (ONS) represents that the birth as well
as death rate of business within United Kingdom in year 2018 and 2019. So, teh information are
have been highlighted that London have higher birth and death rate of 15.7 as well as 13.1%
correspondingly. Additionally, for ensuring that they does not fall in failed business category
into London, it have decided to accumulate few information related to these and other factors.
So, in order to collect the data it is important to opt the particular option.
Furthermore, data collection is described as the process to accumulate, evaluates and
analyse relevant insights for study utilising standard validated techniques. In addition to this,
investigator may determine its hypothesis upon the basis of gathered information. Into most of
the case, this is essentially the primary as well as much essential phase for investigation,
