INTRODUCTION
Data collection approach all above refers to measurement tool for gather data for specific
term and effective decision-making process with questioner expansion for study on specific term
(Osamy and et.al., 2022). Newcastle business decides to expansion their business activity on new
location because it evaluates that UK business or start-up get suffer issues from various reasons.
This study will provide information of which factors affects on business efficiency and how UK
culture of business impacts on long term business sustainability.

Data collection: It is process and measurement application which provide information
throughout the different research methods like questioner, hypothesis test and many more.

suitability for gathering data in terms of that why UK business not maintain profitability,
customer attraction, proper salary to employee and not able to maintain long term sustainability
in business
Data collection methods: It mainly divided into two parts first one is primary and second one is
secondary data collection. Both has different styles and approaches for collection of information.
Primary data collection is all above refers to gather data from survey, interviews and many more
sources (Quagliarini, Lucesoli and Bernardini, 2021). And secondary data mainly refers to
evaluates data from government, organizational records, scientific approaches etc.

In this study data will be gathered by application of primary research approaches because
its easier and it takes very less time or cost which is beneficial for ideas or facts evaluation of
UK business condition and which factors mainly affects on long term growth or business. Also,
from questioner approaches multiple aspects will be very clear because of essential questioner.
Application of primary method or approach it's important to specify the specific number of
people and specific audience who has great knowledge (Chan and et.al., 2021).
So for this research researcher gather data from large size of business manager and their
employees or small business manager with approx 30 members for sampling. Primary method
which questioner process clarity provides ideas that how business manager and entrepreneurs can

manage their business activities for long term opportunity and continues business growth with
small application involvement. Having appropriate methods is the best part and approach for
factors identification which affects on business performance (Aguinis, Hill and Bailey, 2021).

application of specific or important questioner which clearly provide idea why its important to
develop research for new business expansion in UK because of multiple factors affects on
business failure so Newcastle decide to they can survives for long term in London market or not,

Different questioner makes more clarity and consistency that why UK business becomes
failure and why people continuously develop business without any effective strategy or planning.
From the study different questioner approaches its clearly evaluates that why business become
failure it badly impacts on worker wages. And from the target audience or participators mainly
says provide answers that manager performance is major reason of business long term
sustainability because they do not develop higher consideration and focuses towards with the
strategic approaches and distribution of work and many more which impacts on sustainability of
business. Throughout the questioners makes more understanding in terms of why business get
badly affects for competition, lack of plan, structure, experts advices, time management, poor
marketing strategies and many more aspects influence long term business continuity. From the
last questioner its clearly evaluates that which types of method mainly useful in London market
for business effectiveness. Throughout the different questioner makes better understanding that
consumer income level is also the biggest reason of death of business because when people do
not have great income they do not able to spend or investment on buying goods. So this factors
also become the biggest reason and issues of business failure. Newcastle business activity also
affects from this issue, so they decide to expand their business in new area. Its important to
evaluate and develop business setup or product on the basis of different income standards. Also,
they decide to evaluate sand collect data from research development that why UK new start-ups
not properly manage their business activities for long term. Clarity and consistency in business

failure reasons makes better ideas for how to develop new business with engagement of
creativity and proper marketing which develop efficiency in cash flow management process as
well (Smith, 2021).

It has been summarized from the above reflective study that data collection with primary
sources has power to provide clear information in term of which major factors mainly affects on
business sustainability. It has been also identified from the above study that utilization and
involvement of specific questioner provide some specific idea that why consumers income,
worker wages level, customer attraction influences from the various factors.
