Answer: Genentech is a pharmaceutical organization that offers benefits that does not only support the employees but also cover the necessities of family members of the working staff. The offerings of cooked dinner meals, child care services, pet case and self-care post retirement are respectful actions from organization, which acts as a great booster in long-term association. With Zappos, an online retail shoe seller, that offers fun-time activities, enabling its employees enjoy the time beyond working hours in the form of happy hours and pajama party lets the employees enjoy their time as stress busters and happiness index builder(Porter, et al., 2016). Bot these organizations show their respect to the employees in their own signatory way that lets them build a strong work relationship with employees. Answer: I believe that these incentive benefits used by either of these organizations may not be fitting into the other professional arenas as the working environment with each organization may be different(Lazaroiu, 2015). Therefore, the samemethods might not be the right choices for organizations wanting to enhance their work culture. But, given the case of these organizations, both belong from different industrial sectors.
