To conclude or summarise the discussion from the power point slides made in context to the
Radisson Blu hotel chain it has been analysed that it has been a leading player in the world’s
global hotel brands. Superb services and the full-service hotels are considered to be the major
factors behind the high performance and wide popularity of the hotel chain. Radisson has the
strong worldwide portfolio and has been found empathetic to the challenges in the modern
travel and hospitality services. The hotel chain has become a leader in the industry and
captures a large customer base than the other hotel brands in the industry with the key
element of 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee. The analysis from the slides has led to an
understanding of various environmental factors, such as political, legal, social, technological
or legal which exerts an influence (positive or negative) on the working and performance of
the hotel. To sum up it can be declared that the hotel in Cyprus has attained great efficiency
in carrying out their activities and providing services to the customers.
Taking responsibility for the environment and the local community and the customers at large
is the major factor towards determining the success of the brand in their hotel chains at

attain the top competitive position in the hospitality industry. Radisson in Cyprus also, has
led a successful story of fulfilling the demands and expectations of their customers to a large
extent (Farmaki et al., 2015).
On the other hand, the weaknesses and opportunities has been also highlighted in the power

economies also as it help them gain higher demand in the future. Also, they must focus on
maintaining high availability of the food, family necessities and other essentials required by
their customers so as to work efficiently even in the situation of economic recession within
the region (Sthapit, 2018).

systems to enhance the delivery of services to the customers around the globe. On the
contrary, there has been a factor which has led to the negative impacts on the functioning and
performance of Radisson Blu in Cyprus, as it lags behind the aspect of environmental
sustainability, and found to cause issues or pollution related problems to the people living in
Cyprus (Sthapit, 2018). Thus, it requires some interventions to be taken to improve their
water consumption and must emphasize on the preservation of the essential resources through
both the ends, as by their employees as well as their customers.
