INTRODUCTION
This assignment defines about several kinds of issues which is being arisen in the
company and its leader must utilisation of effective leadership style in order to resolving each
critical issues within the organisation efficiently.
TASK 1

based on research by Bass and Avolio as a model for the contemporary management,
ethics and values
The leadership styles has been implementation of a business technology especially within
the context of small and medium enterprise in country effectively. Transformational leadership
has been defined as a leadership method which is making causes of some of effective changes
within the end of goals of developing followers into leaders (Nanjundeswaraswamy and Swamy,
2014). There are variety of mechanism occurred here by which leaders of organisation is making
contribution in order to raising motivation level and morals effectively within organisational
environment in sufficient form. The theory defines about some effective exercieses towards their
followers in the company in order to making them more admiration, feel trust, loyalty and resect
for their leader at the workplace in sufficient form. So it has been seen that, this is the most
popular terms nowadays, in which each organisation must be followed to effectively manage and
executed each activity in organisations properly. The leader of companies make efforts to
transform and motivate their employees in context to make improvement in their effectiveness in
the country in sufficient form. This theory defines that, the leader's vision, attitude and behaviour
are critically essential for employee's perception in order to completion of each works in
organisation effectively and improve the quality of services in the industry in relevant form
(Giltinane, 2013). There are number s of contemporary issues are arising within organisational
environment effectively and its leaders need to ensure that, their employees must be integrated
with their core business in the country in order to creation of a positive environment at the
workplace by which each employees of get engaged with organisational core business and
sufficient development can be gained in current complex market effectively.

Leadership is the process in which a leader of an organisation gives effective resolution
to their followers and provide proper guideline in order to proper taking action in company in
effective form (Zopiatis and Constanti, 2010). Leaders of the company need to make sure that,
all of their followers are working in the company as they have provided guidelines so that
effectiveness of outcomes could be gained in relevant form. Leadership styles defines that, a
leader must have different-different kinds of energetic styles in order to sustain in the life in
more sufficient manner.
Ability to use power effectiveness: A leader has various kinds of power within an
organisation which the y know how to use it in companies in order to execution of each works in
the company in relevant format. They have power to utilisation for making decision towards a
company and their employees in respect to being authoritative in organisation for taking major
responsibilities of company's function in relevant form.
Ability to inspire: A leader's followed often making efforts in order to completion of each
task in companies as per guidance of leaders in the organisation effectively. In case of Apple
company, there are numbers of leaders are working in several departments and they have ability
to effectively inspire their employees at the workplace in context of completion of each task in
the company effectively.
Autocratic leadership style: In this leadership style, the leader of the company use
downwards communication style form leader to sub ordinates effectively (Casida and Parker,
2011). This is useful where, there are large number of unskilled employees presented here are
they are needed to making quick decision towards them within the organisation effectively.

The participative leader: This is a leadership style in the organisation which defines that,
the input of team members and peers, but the responsibilities of making the final decision in
order to making proactive leaders in the organisation in effective form (Goleman, 2017).
Participative leaders make efforts in the company in order to boosting up the employees morals
in the company, because they are most participative in decision making process of the
organisation in effective form.

The transformational leader: This is also most appropriate leadership style in the
organisation in order to accomplishment of organisation goals and objectives efficiently. This
leadership style is majorly concerned about to high level of communication from management to
effectively meet their goals and objectives in sufficient manner (Jogulu, 2010). Leaders of the
company make motivate their employees in the company and enhancing their productivity and
profitability within the business in more relevant form. This leadership styles define that, there
must be the involvement of management of the company towards leadership decision in order to
properly meet their goals and objectives in relevant format.
Own leadership style: As per my leadership style in the company, I have utilised
participative leadership style and as per its value, I have made participation of my employees in
my decision making process which increase the motivation and moral level of each employees
within the organisation in effective manner. As per outcomes of implementation of this strategy,
there are numbers of issues has been arising in the company and I have resolved all issues which
has been arising in the company. With the assistance of my employees participation, I was able
to communicate each employees in respect to get proper suggestion form them in the
organisation effectively. This activity helped me to making ethical and valuable decision in the
company effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the analysis., it has been concluded that, the organisation need to make sure that,
they are utilising effective leadership style at the workplace in order to proper motivating
employees in the company in respect to making ethical and valuable decision in the company
effectively.
