INTRODUCTION When lectures are attended by an individual or any sort of learning classes is taken by them in order to enhance knowledge and to get development over different academic skills. With the help of this procedure, individuals get prospect to have various job opportunity and to look after various challenges so that to achieve life time success. This report is prepared in order to create critical reflection that how leaner is developed. Along with this, all the way through which future challenges can be seen so that to become successful person(Buckley, Doh and Benischke, 2017). TASK 1 How a person developed as a learner As in current world is full of competition, so to get success this is essential for each and every individual to have development in their skills as in their own regular manner. Learning classes are taken by people in a specific field so as to develop their abilities of learning and to enhance their knowledge level. As a learner I have engaged myself in a conglomerate institution in UK which is BUKS University. I have completed foundation course of one year in knowledge and creativity. Communication skills are taken as an essential part in learning within this college so for this all the instructors try to emphasis on enhancing listening and verbal skills in a learner. Under this background teachers are focusing on presenting theories with the help of general public and communicational courses.Theyalsodeliverknowledgeaboutpublicspeakingprocedureandtheir mechanism. So after joining this study model, it helps me to recognise role of this speaking habits in my actual life (Quinn and et. al., 2016). It assists the behaviour to be followed in various situations. So for the purpose of developing communication skills the instructor accompanied numerous activities and programs. For instance: in a working business real life situation has been portrayed and accompanied with various roles which are required to be performed by learners. These activities assisted me to develop my communication skills in effective manner. Therefore such activities are helpful in enhancing learning abilities in positive and effective manner. As with communication skills, as in tenure of my foundation course I put emphasis on my writing skills. Tutors gave numerous lessons and sessions for providing ways that how to enhance written abilities and how to make proper sentences which are free from any grammatical errors. Further they trained me about all the 1
elementary and essential concepts of sentence framing. This involves pronunciation marks, grammar and many more. Along with this I have developed three main tenses which are present, past and future tense. These tenses helped me to make correct sentences and to enhance my reading writing and communication skills(Hanifi, Nasiri and Aliasin, 2016). Besides, in order to work in this organisation the person is required to be an early adopter and creative. For this BUKS university has developed my knowledge of digital technology so due to this I am able to make attractive and good presentations. I have collectedalltheknowledgesothattoshowmycreativenesstothebusiness organisationwithwhomIamgoingtowork.Itreflectslifephasesofnumerous entrepreneurs as respect in their family background and educational qualifications, their real life experience and many more. The motive for this is to encourage us so that to make us prepare for any difficult problems so that to deal with those difficulties in effective manner. This is encouraging me so as to become a successful person in my life and to get some good and dignified position at some renowned organisation. TASK 2 Approaches for future challenges and expectations As after completion of foundation course in BUKS University, I have grasped knowledge of personal and professional learning. As in this background, personal abilities include flexibility, technical skills, creativity, determination and many more. Further in professional skills, they include ability to work under high pressure, decision making, conflict resolution, adaptableness, inner motivation and many more. So these abilitiesarehelpfulinhandlingdifficultsituationinbusinessorganisationina considerable manner. These abilities also renders creativeness in my thoughts and working style so due to which I am able to find critical solution to any difficult problem which is helpful for the business in enhancing their productivity and effectiveness. For instance,ifcompanyisplanningtointroducesomealterationsintheirbusiness operations in order to enhance business performance, then within these conditions being a leader I can encourage team member to accept changes. So under this I will keep on telling benefits of these changes so that to assist business in getting success (Mroz, 2018). 2

Besides this, my learnt skill made me to stay flexible during working conditions of the business. My mentors made me understand about benefits of following ethical behaviour within organisation and in personal life as well. They made understand about the behaviour which should be shown to other when we are communicating to other person in order to build strong inter personal relationships. With these procedures, I may get opportunity to work in in renowned organisation and lead a team being team leader so that to attain organisational aims and targets. On the other hand, teachers built so many real life conditions when the person is required to frame decision as foe benefit of business. Besides this they are framing decision as per the benefits of other members also, as adverse decision may hamper the business in negative way. At last I have learnt the process of taking quick decisions so as to provide advantages to owner and employees as well. Through this process I understood that the way to become successful manager and way to enhance own personal skills (Pinter, 2017). CONCLUSION From the above mentioned report it can be concluded that it is required for every person to enhance their personal skills through knowledge in a sequential manner. For this numerous learning classes are supposed to be taken related to academics and professionalism. These classes help the individual in getting knowledge in some specific field so that to establish themselves as a knowledgeable and skilled person (Wallander and Koot, 2016).These classes help to enhance personal and professional capabilities so that to grab new opportunities to make shining career. 3
