INTRODUCTION
Stress is a natural disturbance in the felling with the change in behaviour, thoughts,
attitudes, demands and their reaction leads to the physical tension to the individual. Stress can be
positive or the negative it depends on the situation when the stress came. Attitudes is a
combination of the emotions, beliefs towards to the particular thing, person etc and to react to the
stress an individual stress play a significant role it depends on the person, objects things how to
respond if it gives negative impact then an individual might get angry and if it is beneficial to he
will respond calmly (Seaward, 2017). Belief is an acceptance of the things and to accept the
stress it is sometimes difficult for an individual as it affects an individual and might occurs
suddenly. Personality is a difference in the characteristics of the individual towards the thinking,
behaving and feeling and respond towards the stress is different for every individual. Respond to
the stress vary from person to person as every persons have different attitudes, personality and
the belief some may respond to the stress positively with calmly and some might be respond
negatively as they might not prepare to handle that much of stress and react with the frustration
and anger. The plan of the action is depends on the brainstorming from the transactional model
of the stress. The aim of the essay is to analyse the effect the individual behaviour, attitude and
the belief to respond on the stress with the help of transactional model of the stress.
MAIN BODY
Stress is a felling that came naturally from the emotions when the specific demands,
events, performance give an individual a physical tension. Stress leads an individual to
frustrated, angry or the nervous. It affects to the attitudes beliefs and the personality. To response
to the stress depends upon the attitude towards the particular issue, an individual belief about the
stress and their personality to respond the stress. The reaction towards the stress is heavily
depends on a makeup of the individual (Noguchi, 2017). Two people can react different towards
the same stress. The person’s attitudes affect a lot to respond the stress. If an individual has
negative thinking and always respond each and every thing negatively then they cannot cope
with the stress as they always get frustrated and can’t overcome from the stress and significantly
