Recruitment and selection practices at Sana Safinaz

Sana Safinaz was chosen to research recruitment and selection approaches. Face-to-face interviews with the head of HR and the HR Department manager provided us with primary data. We were given the responsibility of acquiring information on the recruitment process and how HR activities are carried out at a company. After gathering data, we noticed that Sana Safinaz's HR department does an excellent job, however there are certain areas where they could improve. We've also offered advice based on Sana Safinaz's suggestions.
