We are looking for Experienced as well as Fresher’s passionate travel consultant to plan and
advice business and vacation for the people. The consultant must have well versed knowledge
of traveling insight. The consultant should meet with the client and must build relationships
with them to understand their needs and preferences and should plan the journey
accordingly(Cox,2022).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and plan journey
Explore and research different destination
Plan the travel according to the requirement and budget of the client
Book tickets and secure accommodation that is suitable according to the location.
Build and maintain good relationships with the vendors and the clients.
Provide client about the useful travel material such as guides, maps etc.
Must acknowledge latest market trends.
Key performance indicator should be tracked and reports must be prepared.
Requirements and Qualification:
High School
Diploma in Tourism or equivalent.
Candidate with Minimum 2 years of experience will be an advantage
Fresher’s can apply with relevant degree.
Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

join the company by the referral of old staff. The company also use social media and
advertisements in recruiting new talent. The company also go through to the online posted
resumes and also make use of sponsored jobs to hire new candidates.

consultant is to Organize and plan journey for the client according to their need and
preferences and in order to understand the preference of the client the consultant must build
good relationship with the client. The consultant must research about different destinations
and must explore them. The journey for the client should be planned according to the budget
and requirement of the client. A good accommodation should be provided to the client so
that they can enjoy their journey without any difficulties and in order to provide quality

have been used to measure the efficiency of the action plan. By using these action
plans the actual performance can be compared with the standard performance.
Training - Training session plays an important role in order to enhance the
productivity and efficiency of the staff at the workplace. Advancement of the skills
act as a motivator for the employees and also helps in their development.
Development of skills also plays a crucial role in providing promotional and financial
benefits to the employees. As the new technologies are emerging day by day it is very
important for the company to opt knowledge of new software and designs (Van Esch
and Mente, 2018).
Monitoring of Actions – Activities of the employees must be monitor regularly so that
