Introduction
Recruitment and selection is the basic part of a multi layered process of the company
which involves advertising for the job role and selecting the best suitable candidate for the
role (Choi,Kim,and Kim, 2020). After completing the selection process the human resource
management provides a training for the candidates which helps to improve their skills and
knowledge and it is important for the organization because if in case the manger is not hiring
better candidate for the job role so it will affect the working environment and performance of
an organization. In this report there is the company name BUNI Travel, who recruit a new
Business travel consultant for the work of an organization so we need to prepare a portfolio
documentation and then describe that why business consultant is important for the company
and also make 3-month staff development plan for the new starter.
Task
Recruitment and selection the most helpful process of magnet. This helps the
management to hiring the best candidate for the job role so that it become beneficial for the
company to achieve their goals within the time period. If they get right person for the right
job who are skilled and intelligent so that company take a benefit of their expertise to make
their consumer more satisfied and also enhance profitability and accomplish the target of the
company (Clauson, and McKnight,2018). Along with this report is based on BUNI Travels
company which is tour and traveling company who provide the traveling services to their
customer and they need business travel consultant to manage the company activity. That's
why they advertising for the role and make a job portfolio and description for hiring the better
candidate. If in case, they choice wrong candidate for this job role so they need to suffer such
as they affect negatively on their overall productivity so it is important to choice right
candidate for the job role.

month staff development plan for their haring candidates such as they need to provide proper
training, create actions plans, motivating them and so on. This plan helps the company to
improve their performance and easy to achieve their goal in future along with it helps the
manger to motivate their employees and providing proper training. This tanning secession
helps the employees to upgrade their learning skills and grasping power so that the company
can take a benefit of their skills and also encourage self-development. For the company
growth it is important to conduct a training sessions for staff, it helps to aware about the
competitors and the market strategy which effect the company performance. So BUNI Travel,
need to formulate the defective and efficient development plan which make the staff more
knowledge and productive in their work (Shah, 2019). But they want to focus some steps to
make better development plan which are listed below:
Make a proper Action plan- If the company make a effective development plan so firstly
they need to make proper action plan in which they identify the company wants and motive to
make this plan. Along with it also involve the different information such as what job they
performed in action plan and what strategy and resources they used. This plan helps the
employees to be aware about roles and responsibilities which helps to perform their task in
better way. If BUNI Travel make proper action plan so it helps to save their time and money
to achieve their targets.
Conducting Tanning sections- It is the major part of any companies because employed is
the key factor of the company without employees company can not reach their target easily,
they need skilled workers for their company to doing batter performance. So they need to
