INTRODUCTION
People and performance play an important role in growth and development of a business
in a precise manner. It is essential for a business entity in the travel and tourism sector to focus
on development of employees and their performance to gain desired results (D’Amico, Jaffe and
Gardner, 2018). It is also one of the major roles of a business to analyse key strengths and
capabilities of employees to develop best business practices. In this project example of BUNI
travels is taken into consideration for better understanding different aspects of people and
performance development. The BUNI travels is a major travel company of North England which
provides key solutions related to travelling. The company is well known for its tourism based
services worldwide. In this project there is brief description of person specification, job
advertisement and job description. This project will also cover recruitment strategy and three
