specifies the qualifications and skills required of applicants for open positions. The
job description provides elements such as the job title, location, and roles and
responsibilities that must be fulfilled. The primary goal of the job description is to
gather data in order to assist in recruiting the right appropriate candidates positions
who have all of the relevant skills that match the job requirements. It aids in the

unsuitable candidate for an open position. This is a time-consuming process, but if
the company decides to go through with it, the company will select the best
candidate. Techniques are the foundation of the hiring process, and mistakes in
developing these strategies can cost time and money. The primary goal of a
president's hiring strategy is to ensure that the individuals employed by the company
are qualified for the position. There are several steps in the recruitment process that
will assist you in selecting the right person for the job who meets all of the
requirements of the company's position. The company's board employs software to
keep track of applicants and eliminate those who lack the necessary skills and

It is critical for organisations to measure employee performance so that they can
achieve their goals within a reasonable time frame. A productive workforce is the
primary determining factor for a company's success. Employees must constantly

and organizations because it allows them to exploit opportunities within the business

development plans. The following are development plans that will help the
company's overall productivity.
 Formulation of action plan – Initially, the requirements of the plan must be
identified, and an action plan is created on the basis of this. It is critical to
properly formulate this because action plans do not have a defined structure.
It is rendered ineffective if it is not properly prepared. The purpose for which
the action plan is being created is included. This also includes efficiency
criteria for determining the efficiency of the action plan.
 Providing training – Employees should be given training to help them
improve their skills, knowledge, and performance in an effective and efficient
manner. That is why the training session is crucial (Zimmerman and et. al.,
2018). Individuals can benefit from training in areas where they are lacking.
Effective employees always contribute to the proper achievement of goals. To
overcome these weaknesses, various types of training are provided to the
company's workforce.
 Look out the actions– Companies must supervise employee behaviour and
compare it to previous performance. Organizations can improve the
effectiveness of their development plans through oversight. The company
must accept employee suggestions in order to make changes to the current
programme. If a business believes it needs to change, it can take effective
action to do so.
 Evaluating the Action Plan- Evaluating employee performance is critical so
that the company can assess the effectiveness of the development plan.
Efficacy measurements are based on a number of criteria that are defined

the development plan. This enables managers to make the necessary
changes in order to plan in a constructive and effective manner.

manner possible. It is critical for the company to track its employees' progress so that
they can take effective action to achieve the company's objectives. It helps them
improve their skills by providing training. The development plan must be aligned with
the employee's interests and provide all resources necessary to improve their overall
performance. The primary goal of the company's development plan is to evaluate
employee performance and provide them with opportunities to improve their
performance. When the workforce receives effective training, achieving the goal

 Political – In the case of BUNI travel, the company has to follow a number of
rules and regulations, and if the company fails to do so, the government may
impose penalties. Because of the UK's political unrest, the corporation is
required to act within a restricted horizon, making it difficult to perform its
functions.
 Economic – This factor includes the company's current inflation rate. The
company's revenues are being reduced as the inflation rate rises.
Furthermore, there are numerous crises that will result in disorder.
 Social – People from various cultures and backgrounds can be found all over
the world. Some people are uneasy around people from other countries and
pass judgement based on race and culture.
 Technological – The management of business organisation is required
to digitise its technology in order to complete tasks more quickly and
effectively. It eliminates the possibility of mistakes and provides precise data.
 Environment - The management of business firm should be concerned about
pollution and climate change, which will assist tourists and travel agents in
providing better customer service. Seasonal promotions should be made
available to attract more customers and generate more revenue. This is
conscious of environmental economic effect of weather, climate change, and
temperature, among other things. The environment's vibrant nature makes it
difficult to regulate any various environment. The nation's ecological disaster,
which is a major tourist attraction, may have an effect on BUNI Travel's
customer base and sales, resulting in a decrease in the business
organization's profitability.
 Legal – All government rules and regulations must be followed by the
company. During a pandemic, the company must halt operations and incur
losses (Christodoulou, and Cullinane, 2019). It is linked to legal powers, which
define what a company is required to do or not do. It will include business

relation with the government that consider factors such as industry regulation,
labour laws, proprietary information, and many more. To protect customers,
several pieces of legislation and regulations are being drafted. Tour operators
have been held liable for the actions of their customers.
