conducting recruitment process of new staff member was realized. The given company started the
recruitment process after formulating a clear recruitment plan. The company used new methods of
recruitment instead of using the traditional methods of recruitment. Electronic submission for the
applications were considered to attract the computer-literate candidates. The company also realized the
importance of retaining its existing staff. BUNI Travels uses the Maslow Need Hierarchy theory to
identify and satisfy the needs of its existing staff. It was identified in the process that this theory can
be useful in recruitment process it can help in accessing the needs of candidates which company can
satisfy after recruiting them. The company created a working environment where team work was
given utmost importance so that it can help in retaining its existing employees as well as attracting
new staff. It was also identified that every individual is different, so everyone is not motivated or

The company realized the following methods for recruitment of new staff member:
Recruitment by using traditional methods i.e. newspaper advertisements.
Providing the application forms to candidates (Siddiqi, 2019).
Reviewing the application forms filled by the candidates.
Conducting interview process via traditional methods for selecting the appropriate candidate.
But, the management suggested that in the new technology driven era, the given company needs to use
the new methods of recruitment for selection and recruitment. So the company facilitated the
recruitment process through the electronic application process considering the technological driven
age and job hunters. The new recruitment process was decided as follows:
Linking the phone line provided in the advertisements to the online application forms.
Assessment of the applications was considered then.
The shortlisted candidates on the assessment stage were called for the interview.
Selection panel will do the rest of the process as decided by the whole panel and
administration. Successful candidate will be provided the formal job offer letter and asked to join as soon as
