sources in recruitment method which include internal and
external sources.

candidates internally where employees which are currently
working in organisation will get promoted either in other

to occupy the higher level from their current position.
Its methods are as follows-

promoting its existing employees. It is use because they are
already known with the work of employees and their capabilities
in order to particular work.
Internal advertisement:
In this method, for recruiting internally hiring manager
will promote the position within the business only where they will
hang notices through bulletin boards or with memo to employees.
Advantages of internal recruitment:
Main benefit of this method is that employees will hire from
existing employee which helps manager to develop
understandability of business operations easily.
This is also beneficial because higher authorities have the
existing relationship with employees by which they did not
have to guide employees regarding work culture and day to
day tasks.
Disadvantages of this method:
Main demerits of this method is that there are generally high
chances of discrimination with respect to caste, language,
religion in terms of promotion.
There will be lack in innovative and creativity.
