and women brands with stitching stores including a haberdashery. It has 10 clothing stores in
England providing online as ell as offline services to the customers with home deliveries. It has

company. It has almost 200 employees working across all its stores and at the head office senior
executives and professional such as Finance, marketing, HR or IT managers. This business is
conducting operations since 2010.

Management Structure
The company has an appropriate management structure comprising of all the functional
areas including Marketing department for promoting its clothing products. This also adopts
digital marketing technology for fruitful promotion of the company. Its finance department
consists of finance professionals such as Chartered Accountants , company secretaries , cost
accountants and other finance analysts. The HR department of company is also proficient in
recruiting the talented and skilful individuals in the organization and regulating the
automation process in the business for smooth functioning of the operations. It has IT
