INTRODUCTION
Recruitment is the process where the applicant are encouraged to apply for and
searched for the desired vacancy in an organisation. There are various specific tasks
involved in the process of recruitment such as analysing the requirement of job,
advertisement of vacancy, attracting candidates to apply for the job, management of
all responses of individual, scrutinise of application and short listing candidates.
Whereas, selection is the process of choosing the right person for the right job. In
this the expected employee is hired among the shortlisted candidate for the required
vacancy in a business concern.

Main body
The Sunrise Natural Food is a family restaurant which provide table services to the guest with
warm welcome. The restaurant has been opened in London, UK where 20-25 number of
employees are required to run a restaurant which must be proficient in their skilled. The
management structure of the restaurant shows the organised chain of command. The staff
include the owner which is responsible to hire the management team for a restaurant, general
manager is responsible for day to day decision making of the restaurant. Executive chef is the
manger of the kitchen where he has top reports directly to the general manager for inventory
and ordering, Front of the house manager is responsible for assisting the general manager and
the executive chef. The employees are liable to cook and serve to the guest in a restaurant.
