Under this project collecting all waste, recycle materials from municipality waste plant and
move on by re-using them with having a proper recycle plant and making materials good and
attractive for consumers in this present market, this can solve both consumers and
municipalities problem as it will keep surrounding clean, it will give more employment to
rural area as these dumping waste are made outside the city area (Müller, 2012). These
materials are necessary to be recycled therefore it will meet two critical
needs
1. Municipalities will get attainable and cost operative alternative towards dumping the
waste.
2. It will fulfil the increasing demand for fertilizers and soil enhancers (Zheng, 2011).
This compost will be targeted for nurseries, farmers, golf course, government agencies,
fertilizers manufacturers and others, all these benefit customers, will reuse these materials.

Also an addition to this we will offer services to all the recycling plants owned by
municipalities because these plants are facing problems these days because of recent
legislation which is not accepting house waste. Therefore, this recycling will solve these
problems by accepting the disposal at nominal charges and then recycling them (Zheng,
2011). On the other hand, this helps to attain strong cash and increase profitability also we
have a lesser risk of competition. This has been tested on a small scale level and the results
have come out to be high-quality growth (Eftekhari & Bogers, 2015).
Objectives
 Flush sale for first on-going year operation and then growing each year as more
profitable years.
 Establish more recycling facilities in other places of the country.
 Open more other facilities related to this with new ideas.
 Continue to market by contacting a business from outer municipalities and sale using
customers (Eftekhari & Bogers, 2015).
 Increasing awareness among people about this idea and get more employees to this
plant.
Mission
The mission of this business can be divided into three parts, first to ensure the financial
backup of business, secondly to provide an economical alternative for disposal of human
waste to municipalities (Hempell & Zwick, 2008). Thirdly to provide a good quality recycled
product to the customer and making them aware of the fertilizers they are getting with this

which has good organic materials, therefore we hope to build positive feeling about using
recycled material among people (Hempell & Zwick, 2008).

Human waste sludge is always on the top among the problems for municipalities which looks
after waste plant, In metropolitan areas to handle this large amount of human sludge is
difficult and normally it fills landfills of municipalities, recycling and composting of solid
waste has increased from last few years. This business has given an opportunity to recycle
landfill and save landfill land, also we can work on making a team to collect all plastic
materials from surroundings like cans, bottles, paper and others (Harada, 2017). These things
should be collected and bring to operational site then these materials are sorted by the team
and priced according to kilograms so as per priced list we will then sell it to end users, this
brings overall benefit to the team and they will have less pollution, land space for
development, awareness of the environment changes (Costa-Font, Courbage & Mina, 2009).
