Introduction
Business innovations have become an integral part of today's generation and need for this is
rising, therefore for good business, we need a good business idea, and this has inspired many
of the entrepreneurs and fuelled up them for next-generation business to become a billionaire
(Zheng, 2011). Other than the idea you also need some free space, generate valuable, gather
funding, target emerging market, create new rules and system, key process and resource.
If we look over different running business presently, there are much new innovation and new
ideas all over but here I bring you another very unique and different idea so far, according to
me if I have to suggest you then my option would be
Recycling Waste Material
Under this project collecting all waste, recycle materials from municipality waste plant and
move on by re-using them with having a proper recycle plant and making materials good and
attractive for consumers in this present market, this can solve both consumers and
municipalities problem as it will keep surrounding clean, it will give more employment to
rural area as these dumping waste are made outside the city area (Müller, 2012). These
materials are necessary to be recycled therefore it will meet two critical
needs
1. Municipalities will get attainable and cost operative alternative towards dumping the
waste.
2. It will fulfil the increasing demand for fertilizers and soil enhancers (Zheng, 2011).
This compost will be targeted for nurseries, farmers, golf course, government agencies,
fertilizers manufacturers and others, all these benefit customers, will reuse these materials.

Also an addition to this we will offer services to all the recycling plants owned by
municipalities because these plants are facing problems these days because of recent
legislation which is not accepting house waste. Therefore, this recycling will solve these
problems by accepting the disposal at nominal charges and then recycling them (Zheng,
2011). On the other hand, this helps to attain strong cash and increase profitability also we
have a lesser risk of competition. This has been tested on a small scale level and the results
have come out to be high-quality growth (Eftekhari & Bogers, 2015).
Objectives
Flush sale for first on-going year operation and then growing each year as more
profitable years.
Establish more recycling facilities in other places of the country.
Open more other facilities related to this with new ideas.
Continue to market by contacting a business from outer municipalities and sale using
customers (Eftekhari & Bogers, 2015).
Increasing awareness among people about this idea and get more employees to this
plant.
Mission
The mission of this business can be divided into three parts, first to ensure the financial
backup of business, secondly to provide an economical alternative for disposal of human
waste to municipalities (Hempell & Zwick, 2008). Thirdly to provide a good quality recycled
product to the customer and making them aware of the fertilizers they are getting with this

recycled material among people (Hempell & Zwick, 2008).
Business Model
Human waste sludge is always on the top among the problems for municipalities which looks
after waste plant, In metropolitan areas to handle this large amount of human sludge is
difficult and normally it fills landfills of municipalities, recycling and composting of solid
waste has increased from last few years. This business has given an opportunity to recycle
landfill and save landfill land, also we can work on making a team to collect all plastic
materials from surroundings like cans, bottles, paper and others (Harada, 2017). These things
should be collected and bring to operational site then these materials are sorted by the team
and priced according to kilograms so as per priced list we will then sell it to end users, this
brings overall benefit to the team and they will have less pollution, land space for
development, awareness of the environment changes (Costa-Font, Courbage & Mina, 2009).
SUCCESS FACTORS DEPENDS ON
Success factor of business can be used in four different ways – as a very important ingredient
Used in managing their business, unique and important characteristics of company, as a tool
for decision makers to sharpen their ideas, description of resources required to become
Successful. Therefore, following these steps and applying on our business idea
Overcome insight issues that occur by using compound made by human waste.
Establish relationships and build trust with customers for future competition.
Expand to be speedy to conquer the market.
Offer good and affordable prices.

Start up Requirements
If we take minimum assets for the initial stage of investment then these would be some
sheds, truck, backhoe, front loader, processing plant and other things used in this also some
more items related and a trained person for this, also if we talk about expenses then it would
be first to make a huge few acres place for set up, company certification, some legal
documents with municipalities, licenses, tax deposits, insurance, advertisement, employee
salary, furniture, website developer, skid boxes, phone deposits and many more useful
materials. For fulfilling this we need cash or one can take a loan from banks (Senthil Kumar
& Baskar, 2014).
We will offer a major service and product for customers by this business like a major service
would be municipalities will get alternative method of recycling human waste sludge and
major product to customers would be these waste used a good quality fertilizers, this takes
lesser time as compared to some other business plan, the human waste sludge gets easily re-
useable within 3 days and sell in market as good quality fertilizer, this rapid process increase
potential customers of this business (Senthil Kumar & Baskar, 2014).
Competitive Comparison
Our services provide accepting human waste sludge which relief burden on landfills of
municipalities (Grause, Buekens, Sakata, Okuwaki & Yoshioka, 2011). Also, provide
Alternative disposal unit to municipalities. In market away from chemical fertilizers people
accept more like original soil enhancers which is what we will provide at lower cost and other
chemical fertilizers come higher costing, also when these chemical fertilizers are used this
can only work until 3-4 months then again people has use it which consumes time and money
both but our compost has many advantages this is not time-consuming (Grause, Buekens,

time as it takes less time in its manufacturing.
We prepare a general brochure regarding information of our company’s services and products
to potential customers with pricing, maps and reminders, the advantage of this method is
It takes 3 days to convert waste into new fertilizers but other take 90 days for the
same.
All waste material is kept isolated from the environment
For more efficient composting manager controls temperature and moisture.
This can be used for improvement for organic matter (Grause, Buekens, Sakata,
Okuwaki & Yoshioka, 2011).
Market Analysis and feasibility of business
During planning of business one goes with checking feasibility of business that is by
conducting a market research this brings important information about customer behaviour
towards our business also others are industrial analysis, checking sustainability. Trend
analysis, goal charity and profitable companies. There are customers at both the ends of our
services and as well as products, municipalities will benefit from having an alternative
method of disposal and customers will have benefit from farmers, nurseries, landscapers, golf
course, public agencies, residents (Grause, Buekens, Sakata, Okuwaki & Yoshioka, 2011).
Also, we will provide value proportion to both for municipalities we provide cost-effective
and budget saving by solving the problem of disposal of waste and on the other side value
proportions for compost users as this gives us pure organic fertilizers which are of better
quality than the chemical fertilizers.

Conclusion
Business innovation is hard to find but if you found one then there is no limit to its growth
and progress, nowadays there have been much different business ideas which is very
innovative and of good value likewise if we take ideas into working it tends to become
money-making, basically your business should know demands of emerging market and also
there resources then no one can stop it to be viable, profitable and growing business. To serve
