Missions of Red Cross
The exclusively humanitarian or Primary
mission is to protect the lives and dignity of
victims of natural disasters and violence while
providing them adequate supports (icrc.org.,
2018).
The Secondary mission is to provide high
quality and effective procurement services to all
members of the Red Cross community and Red
Crescent Movement across the globe.
More than just global
communityThe several Conventions and Additional
Protocol I allows the Red Cross community to
support victims of natural disaster (Lopičić–Jančić,
2012). This is the direct contribution of this
community to the social care, which represents
that Red cross more than just a global community.
This community is more dedicated towards
the human rights and humanitarian activities
through crossing the international barrier or legal
policies. Even in intercalation or non-international
armed conflicts, the ICRC has the rights to take
humanitarian action through international Red
Cross community (Hutchinson, 2018).
My Contribution
I will support and join the activities of the Red
Cross as their member by providing shelter and
emotional support for poop people for common
good.
I will voluntarily act as a member of the Red Cross
for common good while providing support to the
people who have been victimized by natural
disaster.
In Australia I will fight for the equity of Immigrants
and Refugees through my peers in social
integration
I will also take the responsibility to keep eye on
the social conditions to identify the needs of social
as well as healthcare supports. I will inform the
local and global Red Cross community regarding
the suffering population.
