1. How long, how well and in what capacity have you known the applicant?
Nikita is working with me since last 6 years, who is passionate about own work. She
also handle complex project as well as lead and also deal with 5 different clients in Australia
as a Technical Account manager.
2. What do you consider to be their outstanding management talents or strengths?
 Managerial and negotiation skills
 Good sense of initiative
 organisation skills that helps to handle team
 Strong delegation skills
 Monitor the performance and track the progress
3. What do you consider to be their weaknesses or areas of development?
Written communication is a weakness of Nikita and also, she displayed lack of
attention in few projects as well. However, she continuously takes constructive feedback
from their peers in order to identify area of development. Further, through coaching session,
she has also improved her written communication which is impressive. This improvement
reflect from her last two engagement that helps to deliver right projects as well.
4. Please describe the group of people on which you base your comparison.
We only trust Nikita while handling any complex project because she provided
exceptional value to one of the Australia's largest corporations by meet the deadline. As
Nikita, no one is able to deliver project by using own creativity. Not only this, she is also had
strong leadership and team working abilities. Recently, she led a team of 5 members and also
manages own work along with proper direction to their team members. Further, she also
possessed problem solving skills and a responsible employee who knows how to manage
work effectually.
5. How would you describe the applicant’s creativity and problem solving ability?
Nikita demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills in such a short tenure
among other consultant at IBM. She did not belong to any consulting background and also
led a team with confident that helps to derive the best outcomes. Further, these all qualities
contribute her in high performance and also enable smart decision making for client as well.
