research credible. At the time of writing it has been analyzed that it is simple to say what you
think is true. The reader can sometimes do not understand the point or may disagree to point
given mentioned in the paper. Therefore, citing can easily assist in enhancing the message of the
paper and also adds more credibility to the message presented in the paper.
It can be evaluated that citing serves as a reference for others. The sources which are
given at the end of the paper can help as a source for others. People can easily access that from
where the information is taken or the information is reliable or not (Williams and Davis, 2017).
Citing also help the other person to know what you are talking about. It is seen when
citing is done in the paper it not only states the knowledge of the writer about the subject and
content but also shows the overall reliability of the paper (Bailey, 2014). When citing is done it
means that this information is taken from that source. Therefore, to make the paper reliable citing
is done.

given at the source on the internet, it is important to check or verify various factors that state that
information is reliable or not. The good source constitutes various aspects like authority,
accuracy, coverage, currency and objectivity. The source can only be good when these factors
are included in that. It is seen that validity or coverage should be there so that strength of the
argument can be analyzed and also it shows that all the information is covered or not. Authority
is also the factor in which the focus is given on the power to inspire. If the information which is
taken from the source is good then it can be considered as a good source. Also the good source is
the one in which accuracy of the information is taken into consideration (Koveos, 2017). If
citation is done of the source it is important that information should be there in the so that
accuracy can be maintained and also it will help to clarify the queries of the reader. These are the
major factor that helps to state that it is a good source or not.
