INTRODUCTIONFor fulfilment of an individual student needs it is necessary to develop plan so that theycan learn efficiently and implement it accordingly. Teachers can use various methods such asclassroom instructions, group activities etc. The main purpose of this report is to find out theneeds of an individual student regarding the planning and implementation of work. When peopleplan for students then it is very necessary to know them and also how they can learn things. It isessential to know that from which type of content will help them in their learning so that they canlearn quickly and effectively (Mennis, 2011). Then plan about it and implement it carefully tofind out the outcomes and assess it how they respond on it.STANDARD 1: Know students and how they learnWhen we make plan for an individual students to fulfil their needs then it is necessary toknow about them and how they can learn things easily. There are various area where we canfocus and these are as follow:Physical, social andintellectual developmentand characteristics ofstudentsIt is necessary to demonstrate the skills and knowledge of anindividual student and also understand their developmentregarding physical, social and intellectual level. It is also essential to know about the characteristics ofstudents and how these all factors can affect their learning. Then we have to use strategies of teaching according to it sothat we can develop or improve the students knowledge. It is also necessary that strategies must be flexible then ifthere is any need of alterations we can made (Rusche andJason, 2011). Understand how studentlearnExhibit the knowledge and understanding of each and everystudent that how they can learn new things. We can also make proper structure for this purpose.We have to understand that how an individual student gainthe knowledge of workplace. Then evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
