Q1: Critical reflect on the diversity with the host organisation and stakeholder
Richmond Wellbeing Mental health recovery facility supports people to grow their
confidences and skills that is required to meet the challenges of everyday life. I have analysed
that staffs at Richmond wellbeing are committed to develop a safe and comfortable environment
for every consumer. The hospital used to provide specific support and treatment to every patient
those are facing mental issues from long times. I have determined every communication link
which is vital & flexible, recovery and well-being are closely related with cultural concepts.
Organization understanding of accounting for diversity deepens on their capacity to recognize
better to multiple level of range in the society. But there are negative aspects also for this
particular organization as sometime, they face difficulties in dealing with staffs that belongs to
different culture for ex., behaviour issues, communication gaps and so on (Ellis and Sheridan,
2014).
Stakeholders of Richmond are closely related with the organisation because of wide range
of job role offered across the country to the customers. Some of them are, Team leader who is
responsible for the management of day to day operation of an individual services which are
perform within an organisation, while sometimes they need to deal with additional pressure of
handling fresh talent within Richmond wellbeing. I have found that locality manager is held
responsibility of handling the people because of the awareness of local areas or society. Because
of oversight of number of services, staffs as well as member of Richmond are not able to develop
strong relationships with local stakeholders.
Q2: Critical reflection on how boundaries are maintained with the host agency
In the Richmond Wellbeing, I have found that there are strong boundaries maintained
with the patients with another mental patient. Agency think that by creating this particular gap
between them, the chances of recovery can be faster. I have analysed that agency and all
employees of Richmond Wellbeing work effectively in keeping data regarding the clients and
their families confidential. They are liable for assessing Richmond Wellbeing areas by
identifying staffing solutions to fit their changing aims of the business (Richmond Wellbeing,
2017). LSA (Local areas staffing) in the Richmond areas who work together to determine patient
needs with managers. It provides all the top local talent to Richmond Welling so that overall

nursing care objectives are associated with the patient’s wishes. All the clinical care to assess as
well as control pain and other related symptoms are inter-professional practices for Richmond
wellbeing. They used to collaborate with the patient to develop and improve better quality of
care to the patient. Another think, I found with the professional practices are associated with the
involvement of patient and their family to improve experiences from the patients (Moon, 2013).
In Richmond Wellbeing hospital, the nurse can initiate PRN medication and seclude under
medical authority. Mental health professional of Richmond Well-being experience individuals
who is having licensed or legal rights to provide health related services to the affected people.
Richmond Wellbeing services offers a wide range of free and confidential talking therapies and
specialist support to assist me feel better. Certain therapy sessions which would be provided in
wide variety of ways as depend on condition of the patient is checked on everyday basis. Overall
professionalism is being presented in the Richmond wellbeing which will assist patient to deal
with all kind of issues or mental problems more accurately. It was great experience that I have
gained during the visit in this particular hospital.

mark my end placement 7 out of 10. Some of the staffs used to provide formal orientation
sessions to the people so that all the essential requirements can be meet out accordingly. By the
end of the first day, or after learning session I would know various aspects such as how treatment
