REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
IMPORTANCE
Reflection in health and social care is imperative for
challenging and enhancing the delivered practices.
Reflection provided me a way to deal with several sensitive
issues that I had experienced in my practice (Baldwin 2016).
It also allowed me to look at all discrete phases of
caregiving.
I was able to decide if I had taken an appropriate action.
