INTRODUCTION The aim of the present report is to highlight a reflection on the basis of the Driscoll model of reflection. The report covers PESTLE and SWOT analysis upon the company John Lewis which is a UK based international firm that offers clothing, beauty products, lightning % furniture, etc. The report includes an external and internal analysis of the firm. The negative outcome which I have analysed is that John Lewis company is having a negative influence from the external environment which hinders the company's performance and growth. If I face a similar situation in future then I'll be successfully able to complete the project on time and give my best to the course as through this report I got a deeper knowledge about the topic. 5
