INTRODUCTION
The research people do in colleges and institution with the objective of learning and to be
knowledgable to compete and grow in future. The common activities students do and enhance
their learning which helps them in their professional and personal development that involves the
elements like academic course, development campaigns, career shaping programmes etc. These
strategies or way of development are not only taught in colleges or institution but even in
different organisations also (Qu, 2021). The following essay will cover my reflection on the
learning and knowledge possessed while studying in the university and how can to overcome
challenges faced during it. Moreover it will include self assessment which will include about my
skills and weaknesses
TASK
How and why developed as a learner during this module:
As a learner it helped me to become more knowledgeable with having deeper understanding of
various topics. Initially I started with self study are taking some webinars of experienced
teachers. It is a best method I could have used to improve my learning experience, in fact if now
I study for a exam or understanding a topic I take it as a fun. Using webinars and self study I am
able to develop more beyond normal learning as in my textbooks and guidances to support me.
By focusing and consistent studying, it has motivated me to gain more knowledge in topics I am
interested into also helped me in developing strong learning skills as a outcome of it.
During my session time I used various sources which helped me in my studies and learning
which different books, webinars or several experienced teachers, tutorial on how do do things,
various interviews, papers, researcher reports etc. Initially when I started my session it was bit of
difficult for me to understand various topics. I used to get lots of pressure and stress when I was
studying so to overcome that I used to do some physical activity and write about my problem
which helped in focusing much better.
At the time of group studying I used to take help from my friends and fellow class mates who
helped me in understanding the different and difficult topics. Even my teachers and online
experienced people supported me in my learning. They were very impressed of my efforts in
learning and that's why they were so happy to help me as they know I am willing to learn with
interest.

While studying in groups attending various webinars it helped me in developing my
communication skills as I need to talk to my classmates and teachers in order to resolve my
problems and I used to help my friends in making them understand some topics. While pursuing
and studying it helped me in developing my academic skill as it enables me to work, read and
write properly with very low mistakes and problems and also now I do it with interest.
During my study session I have known that it writing is my strength, whatever I learned in my
studies I used to write it again and again which has now become my strength whereas,
memorising things or in depth research of various topics are bit difficult for me even now which
is my weakness and I need to overcome it as soon as possible.
During that time I have enhanced my innovative and creative abilities which helped me in my
several assignments that I have done with excellence. As I say of my weaknesses first I will
prefer to improve my time management skills, which is very essential for my growth as it is very
challenging for me to schedule my tasks and work in according to the needs. I was always miss
my deadlines which is not good for me and overcoming this challenge can support me in in my
personal and professional development.
Reflection on how to accomplish future challenges of the institution course:
The educational organisations are the platform which provides students a exposure to develop
themselves in order to compete and grow in their future endeavours. These courses assist the
people in the evaluation of their professional and personal growth. While studying I have faced
several challenges when I was in learning time and later also. During that time I had to make
many assignments, research reports, preparing for u[coming exams etc, so giving my
assignments and reports on time was bit challenging as I had to study for my exams also which
can might affect on my results. Moreover due to exam pressure and personal problems it was
hard sometimes to study effectively as it required calm mind and proper sitting. Furthermore,
studying is all about doing the right thing at the right time, in simple words it was very
challenging for me to manage my time in order to the priories or the given task. I need to work
on my time management skill which can help me in managing goals and scheduling my whole
day in accordance to the need and deadlines of my goals. Obliging all my daily routine and
academic objectives was bit challenging in order to overcome this I am trying to focus my on
goals one by one.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that creativity, innovation and knowledge is very important
for the growth of the students which helps in its career and personal development. The
organisations assist students in enhancing their growth by giving them proper knowledge and
shaping them towards better future that can support them in their professional as well as personal
life. The innovation and creativity is like doing something to get the outcomes of new solutions
and results that assist people to make them think in different way which can lead to enhancement
of their creativity and it will be advantageous for approaching and for rising skills systematically.
