REFLECTIONThe following is the reflective statement of my own experiences which I came across atthe time of conducting this project on the topic of “Organisational Behaviour”. Reflectino is veryimportant as it provides an individual with their own strengths and weaknesses (Rigg, 2018).This project was provided to me by our teacher around a month ago. This assignment wasprovided to me and my friends in the class and it was the first time when I was coming acrosswith the experience of working in a team or group. There were four members in my groupincluding me who were also involved in the process of completing this project. However, I hadexperienced working as an individual in completing the assignment but had not yet experiencesabout working in a group. The reason behind making groups for the completion of thisassignment was related to the complexity of the assignment and also it was big also, according tome. So after we were provided with the project, which we needed to complete, so the completeproject was divided in four parts and the effective completion of all these tasks will also help inmaking this project to be effective to provide us good marks. Firstly, I decided to do the researchfor the data which is needed to make the completion of the project to be successful. It meansthere should be something to have to write in the project and the work of finding the content waschosen by me. Another member of our group decided to write the content which I had foundedfor completing the project in the correct way and formatting so that it must complete the markingcriteria of the project to give positive outcomes from the work done by them. The third memberof the team decided to present the work done by all of us after the completion of the project infront of the teacher by understanding and reading the content written in the project and the lastmember of out team decided to proof read and verify the content written in the project so that itcan be made sure that the work is going in the right direction to get the desired results from thework. So with the help of collective working of all the members of the team, it has becomepossible for all of us to make the completion of the assignment provided to use in the right wayand to have positive outcome from the work done by us. At the time, when I was provided with this task, I was feeling a good and relaxed becauseI had completed some assignments before also so there was nothing new to feeling in this workprovided. But the main thing that made to feel a little bit excited and fearful was related toworking in a team as this was the first time when I was having the experience of working in ateam. It was because I trust very less on others because I can take charge of my own1
