Introduction
Research helps in the development of the knowledge and the also helps in the solution of the
variety of problems. The research helps in the development of the understanding regarding
the various subject matters which are relevant to the research. This also me in several areas of
the life which were further used in enhancing my knowledge in various related fields and the
works. It would also be proved to be helpful in enhancing the level of the research and the
area. The learning and the future aspects which prove to be fruitful are provided in this study.

Self-reflection
It is a way which helps in the effective identification of the skills assessed while completing
the given project and the requirements. This helps in the evaluation of the learning process
and the skills which are required to be improved in the future work. It is a way which
provides the assessment regarding the attainment of the learning and the experiences from the
research held.
Learning gained:
It means a way which helps in the enhancing the level of knowledge and the skills possessed
in by the individuals. It is a way which helps in the effective evaluation of the project and the
skills attained in the collection of the resources. The various skills are required to be
developed and focused upon. These skills are provided thereunder:
Wide level of knowledge and skills:
This project helps in gaining the wide knowledge about the impact of social media marketing
on the tourism industries of Australia. The project helps in the collection of the wide factors
which proves to be useful in the development of future understanding. The various forms of
the research methods used in the collection of the resources are also provided. The guidelines
used in the conduct of the research are also learned from this project. Apart from it, the
framework of the methodology is also developed from the project. This also helps me in
providing an idea about the clear statement which is made in the research to avoid any form
of the misstatement and the problems.
Management skills:
This project also helps in the assimilation and the management of the data which is collected
from various sources and the articles. The best article which suits our research is selected and
the research begins. This form f selection and the management of the data is developed in me
with the help of the research conducted. The management skills are such which will be
utilised by me in any way such as in my career, education, etc. This also helps in the
enhanced development of the research and the skills which will then be utilised in a
productive manner.

Effectiveness in time management:
The role played by the time is very significant in both the real and work life. In this research,
I learned that how the particular project and assessments are completed on time and without
wasting any resources This time management is skill is enhanced in me with the help of the
completion of the project on the impact of social media in the tourism industry (Lasierra, et.
al., 2016). The impacts assessed also helps in providing the ways which are used to complete
the research findings and the working in the particular time duration.
Written skills:
The research project consists of the various stages such as the objectives, literature review, a
methodology which helps in the development of the various forms of the written skills in me.
These writing skills are further used by me in the development and the implementation of the
project (Ishak, et. al., 2017). Herein while conducting the research on the impact of social
media on the tourism industries the articles are read and then the summarization takes place
which helps in the development of the skills in the constructive manner and form. In this
project, I used a various form of the help and the assistance to conduct an effective writing.
The language status has also been improved by me from the research which is completed by
me on the impact of the social media on the tourism industries.
Future aspects of the skills and learning gained:
The learning process is such which is an ongoing act. Hence this research helps me in the
development of my learning in such form which helps in my future life and the career. The
skills related to the time management is also proved to be helpful in my further education
wherein I used to manage both my career and the studies. The research is further useful for
me in all the other areas and also helps in the attainment of long-term life goals and the
activities. This also acts as a way which will further be utilised by me in delivering the
variety of the future goals and the objectives.
The research held also helps me in enhancing my knowledge about the social media
marketing which is used in the tourism industries (Tuten and Solomon, 2015). The research
helps in the attainment of the real-life experiences which are used by me when I am on the
tour and doing the research on the tourism acts and the behaviours (Scott, 2015). The
knowledge regarding the social media marketing is also enhanced and widened in me which

research the ways in which the social media is used and utilised.

It is concluded from the above reflection on the research that the research helps in the
development of enhanced learning and the skills which is required for the completion of the

development of my future career and the learning. The skills are enhanced and the knowledge
