REFLECTION
The overall project has got the potential of changing the conditions of a wide range of
organizations that are known to be various objectives. Moreover, it clearly illustrates quite a
number of strategies that can best implemented with the aim of attaining specific goals that are
designed to act as a game changer to a given organization (Crane and Matten 2016). The project
clearly shows that for an organization to attain most of its future goals in real time, the top
management officials need to cooperate with both the employees and customers for them to have
a clear understanding of what should be done and what should be avoided (Dyllick and Muff
2016).
The research for this double assessment has clearly contributed towards the improvement
of my knowledge and interest on this topic by exposing me to a variety of management issues
that needs to be implemented within a given organization (Engert, Rauter and Baumgartner
2016). Moreover, the research has widened my level of thinking as far as issues pertaining goal
implementation are concerned. Through the entire research, I am able to learn some of the
benefits of adequately implementing ethical considerations in various operations within a given
organization these considerations help to create boundaries between the employer, employees
and even the customers.
What surprised me is how the miles stones of the project were perfectly aligned with all
the future goals thus giving a conducive environment to carry out quite a number of development
activities in real time. Moreover, what challenged me most is how to properly evaluate the
human resources for them to be in line with all the tasks under the miles stones. It was one of the

greatest tasks associated with the project; fortunately I managed to perfectly implement it in
order to come up with the required set of information that can be well understood by everyone.
