SWOT analysis Strengths: My strength is the most important factor that helps me to achieve my goals and work effectively. Several areas are there in which I am competent enough for carrying my duties appropriately. Some of the strength which I have developed while working in the company are discussed below - Communication Skills: This is my greatest strength as communication is the ice breaker for starting any conversation and bonding with a manager or employee. In starting days, I was not confident about what I say and what is to be said in a particular situation. But now I have strong and effective communication skills (Peng, 2019). This is helpful in attaining organisational goals andobjectives.Goodcommunicationofmineishelpfulindevelopingbondwithother employees and making them work appropriately. I am good in English speaking and most of our clients know this language only so it is beneficial for me to work there. Analytical Skills: It is seen that analytical skills of mine are good. I am good at collecting and analysing information and solving different problems. When working in group, it is easy for me to solve organisational problems and do my work appropriately. I use this skill while doing various day to day activities. Weaknesses: Nobody in this world I perfect and so not I. There are some weaknesses of mine which are hurdle in attaining organisational goals and objectives. These weaknesses become hurdle in an individual's personal as well as professional life. My weaknesses are discussed below - Time Management Skills: It is difficult for me to complete tasks and jobs in given time. While working in the company when I am given different tasks at the same time, it is not easy for me to do them perfectly (Phadermrod,Crowder,and Wills, 2019). I am not able to manage time and worktogether.Ihaveproblemwhileprioritisingmywork.Thislimitsinattaingthe organisational goals within the specified time frame. Ethical Practice: This is my other weakness as I cannot do ethical practising at workplace. I know it is very important to work in the company by following all ethical rules and practices. Thus is is very important for me to manage this.
Stress Management:Stress is main cause for not achieving goals and this is my biggest weakness. I am not able to manage work load. Opportunities:While doing work with my colleagues, it is easier for me to explain them what are the set targets and goals. My effective communication helps in meeting the goals in specified time. Threats:I have threat from other individuals working in similar field. To compete with others, I must develop my abilities and skills for doing well. Learning Skills Inventory: According to the Gibbs model of reflection, it is concluded that there are basically six steps involved in this which help in analysing skills and abilities of individual. The six stages covered within the Gibbs reflective cycle are describing the problem, feelings regarding the personal learning, evaluating the experience, analysis of work done or presented, conclusion and at last the action plan. I am able to understand what are the capabilities and skills which I possess and these must be used in right direction while my learning process (Vlados, 2019). It is essential for me to develop my skills throughout the learning process. I have analysed that I am very good at communication and analytical skill that helped me to develop my knowledge.I have to ensure that there is development of skills and learning styles while doing my work. As per my views. I think Multimodal learning style is the best.
