Company should use this model to overcome from their weakness. After the analysis of value chain of Sainsbury company I come to know that, they should focus on their production activities because their product is less than compare to the TESCO (Tresna., 2017). IfSainsbury company focus on this then take can overtake TESCO company, and they can become one of the best retailer company in the all over the United Kingdom. Other thing which value chain model help to find is manufacturing process, they should also focus on their manufacturing process to gain competitive advantage.
